Another One Bites The Dust

Well this is my first Blog so everyone be gentle .....well once again i was the bad guy at work and fired yet another employee. This 19 year old kid named IDIOTA came to me after the month training looking to be ready to work. Unfortunately his alarm clock was kidnapped because for the life of him he couldnt make it to work on time. So after a couple of times he was late and i told him that if you cant make it to work on time then dont bother coming in to work at all. Instead of taking this as a warning to not be late ever agian ...guess what ...he calls me and says i woke up late so im stayin home, then the next day dosent even call just stays home WTF!!! then i again try to have a talk with this kid and let him know this isnt high schooll to get his shit straight....i tell him thats it man be late again and your outta here so i leave for the weekend and a vacation day on mon...guess what he does sat shows up to work at 1055 a.m. , sun doesent show up at all and Mon is lost for 3 hours during work. What a LOSER!!!!!!!!!! so today i get there find this all out and when he gets there i say hey thats it man you dont get it i want you out of here and he looks at me like im the meanest person in the Bronx. But to his defense he did say that he blew it and i gave him more than enough chances. So Mr. IDIOTA best of luck to you and do me a favor Grow the Fuck Up...that all for now folks ...Stay Tuned
